Response times across our service areas

Our target is first contact within 8 business hours of a reported fault anywhere we operate, with attendance scheduled from there. What changes by location is attendance, not response:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro: usually next business day for a non-urgent fault, same day where a refrigerated machine is losing temperature.
  • Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Geelong: next business day in most postcodes.
  • Regional centres (Toowoomba, Ballarat, Bendigo, Townsville, Launceston, Bunbury, Mackay, Gladstone, Rockhampton, the Latrobe Valley): scheduled around technician routing, typically within a few business days.
  • Remote sites (Pilbara, Kalgoorlie, Alice Springs, far north Queensland): booked visits, often combined with a stocking run to keep the cost sensible.

What drives the bill

Callout plus labour is the base, then parts. Three things reduce the total: accurate fault description when you book, clear access to the machine and its power point, and a photo of the error code or display. "It's not working" turns one visit into two.

Report a fault through repairs and service, order components from spare parts, or check what a service visit should cover in the maintenance guide.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can a vending machine technician attend?
We aim to make first contact within 8 business hours of a fault report. In the capitals, attendance is usually next business day, and same day when a refrigerated machine is losing temperature.
What does a vending machine repair cost in Australia?
A callout and labour charge plus parts. Coin mech and note reader faults are the cheapest and most common; refrigeration and board faults cost the most.
Do you service regional and remote sites?
Yes — regional visits are routed and scheduled, often combined with a stocking run. Remote sites are booked visits rather than on-demand attendance.
