Vending Lockers

Vending lockers for PPE, tools and click-and-collect.

Issue the gear a spiral cannot vend, from the same screen and payment system, with a record of who took what.

Vending lockers — PPE, tools and click-and-collect

Vending lockers bolt onto a compatible machine and sell what a spiral cannot: PPE, tools, consumables, large packs, kits and click-and-collect orders. Staff pay or badge at the one screen and the matching locker door releases.

For industrial sites this is the accountability layer — you can see who took what and when, which is exactly what most PPE issue policies ask for. Two sizes are available, and lockers can be added to a new machine order or retro-fitted to a compatible unit.

Buy, lease or finance

Three ways to own the machine

Every new machine on this page can be bought outright, leased or financed. Tell us which suits your books and we will quote it.

Buy outright

Own the machine from day one. We quote the machine, the cashless reader and freight to your address in writing, with no ongoing rental.

Lease

A fixed monthly payment covering the machine, with the option to hand it back or upgrade at the end of term. Useful when you want the equipment off the balance sheet.

Finance / rent-to-own

Chattel mortgage or rent-to-own through a finance partner, so the machine pays for itself out of sales. Payments on business-use equipment are generally tax-deductible — confirm with your accountant.

Included

Delivered, installed and explained — not dropped at the door

A vending machine only earns if it is set up right. Here is what comes with every new machine we supply.

Delivered and installed

Insured freight, positioned on site, levelled, powered up and tested. Ground-floor standard access is included; lifts, stairs and tight sites are quoted up front.

Shown how to use it

We walk your team through loading, setting prices, changing the planogram, clearing a fault and the daily basics before we leave.

Set up with you

First planogram, pricing and product range configured with you, not guessed at — based on your headcount, hours and what your people actually buy.

Cashless payments

Card, tap, Apple Pay and Google Pay fitted and tested, with your merchant settlement set up so takings land in your account.

Finance and insurance

We can arrange finance, and point you to public liability cover for the machine and site — the cover most landlords and host sites ask to see.

Questions

Vending locker FAQs

What they issue, tracking, compatibility and payment.

What is a vending locker?

A cabinet of individually released compartments that pairs with a compatible vending machine. Staff pay or badge at the machine's screen and the matching locker door opens, so you can issue items a spiral cannot vend.

What do sites use them for?

PPE — gloves, glasses, earplugs, respirators — plus tools, consumables, kits, large packs and click-and-collect orders.

Can we track who took what?

Yes. Issues are recorded against the card or badge used, which is what most PPE issue policies ask for and makes reordering straightforward.

Can a locker be added to a machine we already have?

If the machine is a compatible model, yes. Send us the make and model and we will confirm before quoting.

Do they need their own payment terminal?

No. The locker runs off the host machine's screen and payment system, so there is one terminal and one set of reporting.
