Return Policy

Vending Machines Australia does not accept returns. Because vending machines, parts and card readers are large, configured-to-order items, we treat every sale as final once the order is confirmed, paid and dispatched or installed.

No change-of-mind returns

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Vending machines are often customised with payment systems, temperature settings, branding, product spirals and site-specific configurations before delivery. Once work has begun or goods have left our warehouse, the value of the machine is tied to that specific order and cannot be resold as new.

What happens if a machine is faulty or damaged?

If a new or refurbished machine arrives faulty or damaged in transit, your remedy is repair, replacement of the defective part, or a partial credit against the affected component — not a full return. You must notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery with photos, video and a clear description of the fault.

For used machines sold as-is, all faults are disclosed before purchase and the sale is final. Warranty coverage, if any, is listed on the individual machine listing and is limited to the specific parts and timeframe stated.

Cancellations before dispatch

Orders may only be cancelled in writing before manufacturing, configuration or dispatch has begun. If cancellation is accepted, any deposit or payment will be refunded less costs already incurred, such as supplier deposits, custom parts, freight booking fees or payment processing charges.

Parts and card readers

Spare parts, card readers, telemetry devices and accessories are also final sale. Please confirm compatibility with your machine model before ordering. If a part is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 business days and we will arrange replacement or store credit for the faulty item only.

Free placement and lead services

Free vending machine placement enquiries, operator lead alerts and site-location lead listings are not refundable services. Fees paid for lead access or marketplace listings represent a licence to view and respond to a specific lead and are not returnable once the lead has been delivered.

How to raise an issue

Contact us through the contact form or call 0412 025 552. Include your order number, delivery date, machine model, clear photos or video, and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Your rights under Australian consumer law

This policy does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide a remedy appropriate to the failure. For major failures, that may include a refund; for minor failures, repair or replacement is the usual remedy.
