Do I need an appointment to visit the Sydney showroom?
Yes. Visits are by appointment so someone is there to run the machines with you. The showroom is at 2/24 Prince William Drive, Seven Hills NSW 2147, in Sydney's west, open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with other times by arrangement. Book a day and time below and we confirm it by email and phone.
What can I actually see there?
Working new machines across drink, snack, combo and coffee — glass-front and touchscreen models, chilled lifts, slim and wide combos and bean-to-cup coffee. You can load a selection, run a cashless tap payment and check the footprint against your site.
Can you show me how to set the machine up and price products?
Yes. We walk through planogram setup, pricing, temperature settings, cashless pairing and basic troubleshooting, so whoever manages the machine at your site knows the ropes before it lands.
Can we talk finance and insurance at the visit?
Yes — buy outright, lease or rent-to-own finance options, plus what public liability cover is usually expected at a host site. Pricing is always confirmed in writing after the visit.
I am not in Sydney — is a visit worth it?
If you are buying several machines, many interstate buyers do combine a visit with other business. If not, we can send photos, video of the specific machine running and full dimensions instead.
