Every new machine on this page can be bought outright, leased or financed. Tell us which suits your books and we will quote it.

Buy outright

Own the machine from day one. We quote the machine, the cashless reader and freight to your address in writing, with no ongoing rental.

Lease

A fixed monthly payment covering the machine, with the option to hand it back or upgrade at the end of term. Useful when you want the equipment off the balance sheet.

Finance / rent-to-own

Chattel mortgage or rent-to-own through a finance partner, so the machine pays for itself out of sales. Payments on business-use equipment are generally tax-deductible — confirm with your accountant.

Outdoor vending FAQs

Weather rating, shelter, security and hot-site cooling.

Can I just put a normal vending machine outside?

No. A standard indoor machine will take water into the cabinet and its cooling is not rated for full sun and high ambient heat. Outdoor-rated units are sealed, have hardened controls and are designed for exposed sites.

Does an outdoor machine still need shelter?

Ideally some. A covered walkway, awning or shaded wall extends the machine's life, cuts running cost and keeps the glass clear. Fully exposed sites are possible but we will talk through placement first.

What about security in an open yard?

Reinforced doors and anti-theft delivery bins are standard, and we recommend running the machine cashless so there is no cash sitting in an exposed cabinet overnight.

Will it keep drinks cold in forty-degree heat?

The cooling is specified for high ambient temperatures. Placement out of direct afternoon sun and with clear airflow around the condenser makes a measurable difference and we check that when we spec the site.
