Monthly Interior clean, coin mech drop test, note reader test, check door seals.
Quarterly Deep clean condenser coils (biggest cause of compressor failure), test vend motors, firmware updates.
Annually Compressor service check, electrical safety check, replace worn spirals and flaps.

Adjust the schedule to the Australian climate you are in
A single national schedule under-services half the country. Use the baseline, then adjust:
- Tropical and humid (Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay): condenser clean every 3 months, not 6. Check door seals for mould each visit.
- Hot and dusty (Pilbara, Kalgoorlie, Whyalla, western Queensland): filter and condenser every 2–3 months; cash mechs are the first casualty of dust.
- Coastal (Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide beaches): check hinges, fixings and rear panels for salt corrosion twice a year.
- Cool temperate (Melbourne, Hobart, Launceston, Canberra, Ballarat, Bendigo): standard 6-month deck service is usually enough; watch for condensation in unheated spaces.
What a service visit should include
Coin mech and note reader clean, cashless reader test transaction, condenser and filter clean, temperature log, door seal check, spiral and motor test across every selection, date-code check on stock, and a wipe-down of the delivery bin. Ask for a written record — on multi-site routes it is the only way to see a pattern before it becomes a breakdown.
We target 8 business hours for first response on a reported fault in our service areas. Book through repairs and service or read the maintenance FAQ.
Frequently asked questions

- Every six months as a baseline, moving to every three months in hot, humid or dusty conditions. Stocking visits are separate and are driven by sales volume.
- What is included in a vending machine service?
- Payment system clean and test, condenser and filter clean, temperature check, seal inspection, a test vend on every selection, stock date checks and a written service record.
- Can I service a vending machine myself?
- Cleaning, restocking and basic jam clearing, yes. Refrigeration and board-level electrical work should go to a qualified technician.
