Standard cover - **New:** 12 months parts only. Labour is **not** included — vending machines are classed as commercial equipment. - **Refurbished:** 3 months parts. - **Extended:** scheduled maintenance plans extendable to **24 or 36 months** covering parts, labour and preventative service.
Covered Manufacturer defects in boards, motors, coin mechs, note readers; refrigeration failure not caused by misuse; structural defects.
Not covered Consumables, vandalism, theft, water damage, misuse, freight to/from workshop.
