The combo case A combo machine — like the **AMS Combi**, **USI 3145 Combo** or **Necta Melodia Combi** — puts refrigerated bottles/cans on the lower shelves and snacks on the upper shelves. One footprint, one power point, one delivery, one service call.
When a combo wins - Sites with **under 40 staff** — a single combo handles the volume. - **Space-constrained locations** (small kitchenettes, reception areas). - **Single-lift installs** upstairs where two machines are impractical.
When to run two machines instead - **High-volume sites** (100+ staff) — a combo can't keep up with cold drink demand. - **Extreme climate** (top-floor, no aircon) — dedicated fridge deck handles heat better. - **Menu breadth** — 30+ snack selections need a dedicated snack machine.
